Select color, quantity and printing option if you see one. If you do not see a printing option that means that product does not offer printing. Select your browser's Back button or "CONFIRM SELECTION" to continue shopping or proceed to place order by clicking on "CHECK OUT" How do I order over the phone? If you will like to place an order over the phone there will be extra fees for the phone order and if you are in need of a proof extra fees will also be applied. How do I change the quantity of an item ordered? After confirm selection you will see QTY (for quantity) it defaults to 1. You can change it from there. Some items come in 100, 500 and 1000 box. Check to see which amount you have ordered. Example: If you only need 1000 do not change quantity if you need 2000 wristbands of the same color change your quantity to 2. Do the Wristbands and tickets come numbered? All our our tickets and wristbands come sequentially numbered in the box. What are the Specs for the Logo printing ? For print jobs please send logo in black and white FORMAT 300 DPI. For our full color logo printing please send 300 DPI or more with a color logo . We can not make a black and white logo full color. Your logo must be in full color. How Do I send my logo for print jobs? Once you complete your order online it gives you an order number please submit the artwork using our "SUBMIT ARTWORK" Button or email us the logo at wristbandsonline@gmail.com and title the email the "Order Number" the shopping cart gives you. REMEMBER: For print jobs please send logo in black and white FORMAT 300 DPI. For our full color logo printing please send 300 DPI or more with a color logo . We can not make a black and white logo full color. Your logo must be in full color How do I add my text for print jobs? If the wristband can have custom print, you will see a box that states "Inscription" type out your text exacly how you want it n the wristband. If you do not see an inscription bow this means the wristband can not be printed on. Example: wristbandsonline.com LOGO On Custom print for Vinyl and Plastic we charge a one time plate fee of $79.00. How do I delete an item from the shopping cart? If you shopped for an item and want to delete it just press on the cancel order button on the bottom of the page . How do I change the shipping method At the end of the check out page Our shipping methods are UPS Ground Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day and Overnight. We do have the right to use Fed/EX depending upon location. Usually Florida, GA, SC, NC, VA, AL, KY go UPS. All other states Fed/Ex. Puerto Rico and. Canada UPS Standard Ground this takes 5 to 7 business days.

Do you ship overseas to a military address Orders shipping to military addresses will be shipped via United States Postal Service. If your package is “undeliverable” and returned to us by the carrier, an additional delivery charge will be charged to your credit card.
