Delivery
Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery.
Taxes (For Florida orders only)
All taxes or charges of any nature whatsoever, now or hereafter levied, by any Government of Local Subdivision, either directly or indirectly, upon any products or sale thereof, described herein or upon the subject matter hereof, shall be paid by the buyer, or added to the purchase price if paid by the seller.
Return of Goods
The buyer shall under no circumstances be entitled to a cash refund of the purchase price. Customer assumes sole responsibility for accuracy and use of artwork and indemnifies Wristbandsonline.com in the event of any claims for copyright infringement by signing/approving an artwork customer certifies that they are legally authorized to use such logo, trade names, trademarks, etc.
We Reserve the right to substitute similar colors or designs if they are out of stock without notice. If this happens and you are not satisfied with your order you can return the product and we will refund your money minus the shipping charge fees.
