Shipping Information
For all stock/non-customized items ordered before 3:00 p.m. CST Monday – Friday, orders are shipped out the same business day. If an order is placed after 3:00 p.m. CST Monday – Friday, it will ship the following business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Custom OrdersCustom items have a standard production of two business days before shipping. Custom thermal or raffle tickets require a processing time of 24 - 72 hours prior to shipping. Completion time for custom printing on vinyl or plastic wristbands is 7 - 10 business days. Please email or call in orders for custom printed vinyl wristbands (orders@wristbandsonline.com or 800-947-7445).
International OrdersWe ship all over the world, but international orders may be subject to import duty fees. Wristbands Online does not apply these fees; rather, they may be applied at the time of your items’ arrival. Please contact your country for exact guidelines.
Delivery TimeframesAll orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS, originating from New Berlin, Wisconsin. Shipping timeframes noted below do not include weekends or holidays. We make every effort to ship priority orders the day they are received, when possible.

Special CircumstancesIf you have specific instructions or comments on shipping, please supply this information on the Your Cart page, under “Order Note.” Some orders may be delayed, in processing and/or shipping, on account of customer payment issues or lack of response to contact from Wristbands Online.

Return PolicyAll stock/non-customized orders can be returned for a full product refund. Returns will be granted up to 30 days from the shipment of the stock product. All returned items must be in acceptable condition (we cannot accept used or incomplete packs) in order to receive a full refund. We keep it easy - we do not charge a return or restocking fee. However, original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
